Eligibility You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Request a Return Contact us at contact@realdrgroot.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been opened, used, or are past the 14-day window cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@realdrgroot.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
